Drop-In Center

In October of 2007, Elizabeth Gregory Home expanded it's program to include a 7-day drop in center for women who desperately need a place to go during the day, where they can receive support and access to basic human services such as clean clothes and food.

The drop-in center is open seven days a week:

Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm
Saturday from 9am-6pm
Sunday from 1-6pm

The center offers the following:

• laundry facilities

• kitchen and dining area

• computer lab with DSL internet access

• television lounge

• client mail and phone message

Women will have the opportunity to meet with EGH case managers for referrals, support and advocacy to obtain educational and vocational training, job skills, employment, medical care, mental health counseling, drug and alcohol support and referals to long-term housing. homeless women who access the drop-in center will have the opportunity to work with our case managers to secure housing and based on eligibility, will have access to our transitional housing program upon openings.
